A large 8.5 inch colour touch screen and the eCopy ShareScan software provide an intuitive user interface, allowing quick and easy scanning to multiple destinations - such as email, network folders, internet faxing or directly to a user’s desktop. Documents can be previewed in full colour prior to sending, enabling quick adjustments to be made.

The compact design allows the ScanFront 220e/220eP to be conveniently placed in small office spaces, allowing users to enjoy versatile paper handling, fast scanning and improved productivity within the workplace.
Furthermore, an eCopy Quick Connect facility allows business workflows to be automated, using sophisticated functions such as scan-to-database and scan-to-multiple destinations.

Optional add-in eCopy connectors are available for dynamic system integration, into content management systems, such as Microsoft Sharepoint, Captaris RightFax, Interwoven Worksite and EMC Documentum.
