Authentic Canon All-in-One cartridges guarantee superior print quality. They contain all the essential print elements that wear out with use, so when you change your All-in-One cartridge your machine is virtually as good as new.

When buying a replacement cartridge always look out for the ‘Genuine’ Canon logo on the outside of the package. Then you can be certain that you’ll get the very best print quality from your Canon printer, fax or multifunctional. Beware, the phrase "for use in Canon products" does not mean it's an Authentic Canon cartridge. For consistently high print quality and a long machine life, it pays to spot the difference.

Cartridges that are fakes or copies of Canon’s products (counterfeit products) can also be found in the market. They are packaged to appear as though they have been manufactured by Canon or with the consent of Canon.

Usually the packaging or contents of counterfeit products will contain the Canon logo. When using fake cartridges, you may experience bad printing quality or lower print yields. The print capacity of the counterfeit cartridges that Canon has attained and tested ranges from 28% to 69% compared to Authentic Canon cartridges.
