Easy to use
Before you point, zoom and shoot, choose the correct mode for your subject. There are 6 pre-programmed shooting modes (PIC): auto, action, night portrait, portrait, close-up and real-time release.
An extensive set of features
Whatever you are shooting, wherever it is in the frame, the passive 3-point dual AiAF means that even when subjects are off centre, focusing is still accurate.
The camera features a light guide zoom flash with 6 modes (autoflash with red-eye reduction, autoflash without red-eye reduction, flash ON, flash OFF, +/-1.5 stop exposure compensation with flash off) allowing a different type of flash to be used depending on the light conditions. For example, with the flash OFF mode you’ll be able to deactivate your camera’s flash in places where the use of flash is prohibited.
5 custom functions (real-time release, shooting and flash modes storage at power off, automatic film rewind setting, centre-point AF, continuous shooting) help you to further adapt the camera to your own preferences.
