Powerful optical and digital zoom
The MD110 gives you a great range of shooting options. If you want to get closer, a powerful 35x optical zoom lens brings all the action to you - with no loss in picture quality. Select the 1000x digital zoom for even more magnification. An Electronic Image Stabilizer (EIS) helps eliminate camera shake and keeps your movies looking smooth.

Widescreen shooting
Canon camcorders are optimised for panoramic widescreen recording to give your movies a cinematic touch. You can even monitor your video footage the way it appears on a widescreen TV via the 2.7" widescreen LCD. To conserve battery power, use the widescreen 0.35" colour EVF (Electronic Viewfinder) instead.

Easy shooting
With a one-push Easy mode, you’re ready to shoot straight out of the box. To choose one of the more advanced moviemaking features, a Joystick controller on the frame of the 2.7" widescreen LCD makes it easy to browse through all the options.

Superior sound
A great movie deserves a great soundtrack. With the MD110 it’s easy to capture high quality audio by attaching an external microphone via the mic input connection.
